I needed a new indicator to replace my 30 year old worn out one. I was looking at the Mitutoyo series, but after reading the positive comments in several machinist forums I went with the Teclock.According to 'Long Island Indicator Service' they are as accurate as their European counterparts, but should be considered as throwaways because they are not repairable. I got 30 years out of a indicator not as good as this one, so being a throwaway is not a big deal. Made in Japan, it is very smooth in operation, appears to be well made, and very affordable.
