Used to lower power on ac unit. Stopped power board over voltage issues.I am buying a second one for a tanning bed. 248volt dropping to 224volts.

The item is listed as .75 and the company sends a ..50. Fortunately I only needed .5. This is not acceptable and could be potentially dangerous if when being installed attention was not noticed by this error in the listing. The product itself is excellent. Hubbell makes great products.

Great transformer. Used it to Buck 245 VAC to 222VAC to power a Chinese printer that needed a true 220VAC 30 amp supply. Used Fig 1 wiring diagram supplied with the T181052. This 750VA (0.75kVA) units current can be multiplied 10 times when used as a non isolated auto-transformer. This means the T181052 can carry around 31 amps (7500/245) when bucking 245V down to 222V using Fig 1 diagram connection.
