After some adjustment, it's alot more better. Love the color and the material.

This chest rig is surprisingly well built and feels great. The Velcro holds well, and the zippers seem to be quality. I’ve seen some reviews where people didn’t like the side pockets, but those aren’t really meant to carry things that will be taken out frequently. The pockets hold a fair amount of gear and are easy to use, without being too bulky.

Worth every penny. Solid setup, everything feels secure and comfortable. Not too heavy, but all zippers and seams feel extremely sturdy. Wing pouches are a nice addition for a radio or multitool. Dangler is perfect for a small IFAK and the adjustable straps on the bottom securely hold a tourniquetWell done boys

Fits great, love the versatility and love the adjustability(being 6'1" and 220lbs), light and has decent freedom of movement. Decent quality for the price as well. Great starter chest rig!

Quality of the material is solid. H harness keeps it simple to take on or off. Zippers are smooth and the amount of storage is great! Front pouch holds admin gear and I made the dangler a med pouch. Side wings great for radio or extra mags. Will buy again if I need to change up my loadout.

From left to right there is the acetac, hsgi harness build it yourself, and the Onward Research with add on drop pouch. With the nylon harness being only marginally thinner that the Onward Research Reccee Rig coming in at $180 this option is cheaper and decently comparative in quality. It has plenty of admin space for misc equipment, tape, pens targets and such. The fact it comes with everything to mix and match however you beed without expensive add ons is a giant plus, everything feels very solidly buily and it is definitely a great value item. If it is to be worn hunting or to the range I can't imagine you being disappointed with this. If you are trying to build out a more duty driven one go with the hsgi ignore the Onward Research it's too expensive for what you get.

I have the similar design version from Haley Strategic, so I am quite familiar with this design, but some key differences are:- The ACETAC comes with an H harness, whereas the Haley comes with an X harness- The ACETAC has a number of extras that the Haley does not come with .. 1) 4x internal pouch organizers 2) dangler (part hanging below the main rig) 3) the 556/223 internal placard 4) 2x side wings- The ACETAC is EASILY $100 cheaper as configured here, if not more.Putting them side by side, here are my thoughts:- From my naked eye, the stitching is spot on. Honestly, if I am given the two copies side by side, they are almost identical. This is Cordora (as far as I can tell), so quality is top notch. I have screwed around with the zippers as well, and they are awesome.- I am a big guy, 56" chest and broad shoulders. The padded (yes, it is padded) H harness is MUCH more comfortable than what I am given with the X harness from Haley.- Finally, the camo pattern is NOT the officially licensed one. I can tell this because it does not say "multicam" anywhere. Honestly, I am using Coyotte so I am OK with that. So, my final thoughts?1) The ACETAC is EASILY, hands down much better bang for the buck. People will complain about things like stitching and such, but the stitching is almost identical to the Haley I have on hand.2) At least for myself, most likely due to the harness, this is much more comfortable in its default state.3) The ONLY DOWNSIDE I have (I capitalized it) is the inserts feel a little cheap, and the side wing pouches are way too small for anything outside of a 556 magazine (e.g: radio / water bottle won't work)You need a micro chest rig? This. Get this.

Honestly, it's a cheap and lazy design. Thankfully I'm only using it for hunting, because there's no way this is combat rated. I was hoping that the quality was good, but it should be a little better, especially the shoulder straps, for being designed by so-called combat veterans, they should know. There's no way I'd wear this in combat as a chest rig, it would fall apart immediately.
