Your cart is empty.When infiltrating a Castle or keep an Assassin would carry only the smallest of weapons so that they could easily be concealed. Small daggers coated in poison were a favored choice until the introduction of long-range weaponry. This dagger is modeled after small weapons that might have appeared during that era and is designed with concealment in mind. When housed in it's sheath it can be lashed to almost anything and measures only 11 inches long overall. The double edged stainless steel blade is sharpened to a factory edge with a subtle blood groove in the center. The entire dagger is accented with silver cast metal over a non-reflective black base. Measures 9 1/2 inches overall with a 5 1/4 inch blade, hard sheath included.

Other shoppers had mentioned that the sheath was plastic and it was but the blade was beautiful and I think the seller missed the mark with the sheath but checks all other boxes. I was only using for decorative features to highlight a book series but I too would have appreciated as much. No other complaints with the weight of the blade, build and great value for the money.

So I bought this as an accessory to a steampunk costume, I looked around at other Victorian style daggers' and most looked like cheap plastic toys, this one looked Victorian enough, and had a great price.It should be noted that, this is a REAL knife, with factory sharp blade. since I am using this as a prop, I will be filing down the blade so it can't cut.

I liked it. It was for someone for Christmas but the box was torn open and ripped. Not sure what happened there as well as the bag it came in. It was all taped up in spots. I didn't like that.
