I bought two for my 03 Chevrolet Astro AWD, along with installing all new suspension & steering components. I then went to get my new tires, which came with free alignment. The tech told me right off the bat I had one bad idler arm. The steering is now wandering worse than before I replaced the original at 230k. BAD PRODUCT.

I have a 2003 gmc safari van and ordered two AC Delco idler arms from Amazon in June 2021. My mechanic installed the idler arms on my safari van. I took my van to him today to have the van serviced and advised him of my steering wheel being a little off centered, which it never was before now. He informed me that the idler arms that he installed in June were defective. He grabbed the tire and it wobbled, you could see the idler arms joint moving. My mechanic refuses to install another set of ac delco idler arms and told me to purchase moog idler arms. Which I have ordered. Can I get my money back for these defective idler arms.

1998 Chevrolet Astro AWD .Product fit as described. Serviceable ball joint. Didnt even have to jack up my van. I recommend this product.

Worked perfectly! You may need a grease gun to grease the joints once I talked but that should be expected. Only took about 10 min to remove the old one and install this one.
