For my model, the WM3360HWCA, this part, ACA56078801, is the outer clamp assembly that secures the boot to the front frame of the washer. The inner clamp assembly that secures the boot to the tub (that you need to install first) for my model is 4861ER2001J. You can verify the part using exploded diagrams specific to your washer - the outer clamp assembly shows up on the cabinet exploded view, and the boot and inner clamp assembly shows up on the drum and tub assembly exploded view. Make sure you are ordering the correct clamp for the one you need to replace. Now that you have your clamp assembly, you need to install it. It is possible with some wrangling to install it with pliers and a screwdriver, but you need to be VERY careful to avoid puncturing the rubber door gasket/boot seal. You can also buy a tool to help with this - search on Amazon for a 'spring expansion tool'. There are two types, one that looks like oversized pliers that when squeezed with the spring in place will stretch it out so you can hook it on the clamp - for this outer clamp assembly it is a breeze, but the inner clamp assembly not so much. The second type of spring expander tool is a threaded rod with two prongs on it - I will be purchasing one of this style if I need to replace the bellows and reattach the inner clamp again. As for this clamp assembly, it seems to be an exact match in size/diameter to the original factory one. Spring has excellent tension, as it needs to have, on par with the factory one. This is not, however, an OEM part, so it has the opportunity to be better. Clamp assemblies exist that use a screw rather than a spring, which would make installation significantly easier and not require the purchase of an additional tool (though not for this model, unfortunately). For this, I deduct one star.
