This works okay. It's not very comfortable, not does it hold the radio to where it won't fall out if you are involved in an altercation. The stretchy band that does around the radio is almost off. I'm sad about this because I don't want to purchase another item for work that I am not reimbursed for. It has helped make my life easier as long as I'm not running or in an altercation.

This works but could have better retention for the straps. And more Velcro for cable management.

Working in EMS it’s nice to not have it hanging off my hip weighs. heavy on one side but it’s hard to notice in situations. Lots of storage on it. Im sure there’s a way to make it even more comfortable

I like that it's comfortable and I can wear it with my harness at height without it interfering with my fall protection

This is just what my husband needed for work. Having to carry a radio he didnt like it on his waist, so we purchased the holster and he really likes the ease of use and the durability of it. And it has a micophone holder that is conveniently located, so not much effort at all to use the mic.

I work with children with special needs, and am required to carry a radio. It's a busy and physical (and AMAZING) job, but my belt-worn radio was always getting in the way. I've broken 2 belt clips in the past 4 months. Most of the other people on my team wear stretchy yoga pants and carry their radio in the side thigh pockets. My blue jeans don't have a pocket in that spot, and I don't think they want to see me in spandex. I tried this out today, and LOVED it. - Sitting at my desk doing computer work - Sitting on a tiny, kid-sized chair with my laptop on my knees - Laying on my belly playing Legos - Giving piggy back rides - Giving shoulder rides...I did it all today, and the radio was NEVER in the way. The extra pen pockets were great, too. I wore the holster over a black T-Shirt, with a short-sleeve button-down unbuttoned over top. I think the only time it was visible was during the piggy-back rides.THE ONE PROBLEM - the slipping buckle. Yes, when it came out of the packaging, one of the buckles would just slide down to the end of the strap quite easily. But it looked like the strap had been threaded through the buckle backwards. It took only 2-3 tries (maybe 60 seconds?) to figure out the right way to thread it. Once I got, it was quite obvious, because it held tight when laying flat and released when you lifted up on the tab.I'm going to get another one, because I also have to wear a radio at a place I volunteer on the weekends.

I like this radio harness. It is adjustable to my comfort level. It seems well made with one exception (hence four stars instead of five). The snap was not affixed correctly during manufacture; it pulled right out of the cloth when trying to unsnap the strap. I considered returning it, but it functions fine for my needs without the snap. Just be aware that there may be an issue the snap failing.
