It's a good replacement cord but strain relief is not for a worm drive Skill saw. See pic. Original on right. I had to use old strain relief. This is the reason for only 4 stars.

I have to admit that I didn't use this on a Skilsaw brand saw... rather, I used it on a Rigid saw. The rubber strain relief on my Rigid saw broke early on in the saw's life and I hadn't bothered replacing it until this popped up on my Vine feed. About 5 minutes of opening the saw up and a few screws to attach the leads and my saw was as good as new. I subtracted 1 star because the cord could be a little more pliable... more silicone feel and less plastic feel. I'm sure it'll wear just fine and it'll "break-in" with use.

This is a very flexible 14AWG cord. I am using it on a Makita Circular saw. The Makita is double insulated and does not use a grounding wire so I just hooked up the hot and neutral wires. I really like that is flexible enough that it does not get in the way of using the saw. I also like that the wires have end connectors to make hooking them up quick and simple.
