I'm guessing the shaft is suppose to be .75" and in China they just picked something close they can work with, and used 18mm (.70"). That 5 hundreds of a inch is needed for the press fit. I had to use lock tight 680 retaining compound to make it work.

It works! And keeps working! I'm impressed, haven't had any issues. Been installed for over 1k miles and works flawlessly. Note to other buyers, go ahead and purchase a new pulley. I swapped mine over and the tolerance was lose to where a press fit would work. However, make it work with a bolt and lock washers. Will buy again.

you hope you never need to replace this vacuum pump but if you do it is easy to install,(need a pulley tool) this is the direct replacement on a 1995 F350. worked great
