I'm literally always trying to find my cutters. I wanted to get a few of them to have in various places whenever I open packages and this satisfied that need. For the price, you really can't beat this (~$7 at time of review) Very convenient to have and would recommend. They cut through packaging tape with ease.

You pretty much get what you pay for -- for the whole set it's pretty cheap...but it also feels pretty cheap lolThere are a lot -- 6 letter openers and 3 mini box cutters. Not sure why I ordered one with so many...maybe good to either give away or keep on hand in case they break >The BOX CUTTERS are cute, but surprisingly kinda awkward to handle.- There's no apparent blade lock, so it doesn't stay open. This makes it a little difficult to open boxes because you need to hold the tiny cloud while using your thumb to push the lever up and hold it in place while cutting the box open.- Likewise, there's no safety so it doesn't stay closed either. Not a big deal for me, but might be a saftey issue for some people.- It's pretty small so it;s not very comfortable to hold. Also, it's not built for left-handed people lol You pretty much need to hold it backwards to use in your left hand because the slide for the blade is on the side rather than the top/bottom, so you can only hold it in a specific orientation for the blade to come out of the correct end- It's lightweight and compact.- Not sure how long the sharpness of the blade will last, but it is quite sharp to start. It also doesn't seem like a long-term use item, so makes sense that the blade is no replaceable. Will probably need to chuck it once it's too dull to use, so something to keep in mind if you don't like to throw things out and like to reuse stuff forever (like I do lol)The LETTER OPENERS can obviously be used with either left or right hand ;p- They are lightweight and colorful so easy to find- The blade is sharp, but it also feels a little loose. Hopefully it doesn't fall out...but I guess you have 5 others to go to if one fails. Although, I don't think the purpose of purchasing something is to have 5 back-ups off the bat >- They do seem a little flimsy overall, but sturdy enough to open multiple envelopes in a row, so no complaints for function. I think they'll hold up fine for the intended purposeIt does come in a plastic carry case, but because it's so small, idk what you could re-purpose the case for, so it might end up just another trash item >Was excited to have this set thinking it'd be convenient, which it is, it's just not as great as I thought it would be. The quality is ok, the price is ok...will be using these regularly since I have them and can use them, but I wouldn't repurchase, mostly becasue of the left-handed thing lol My husband is right-handed and had the same observations I had...except for the box cutter slide orientation. So, still giving 3-stars because overall it's just ok.

As expected, for a price this cheap, what you get is cheap and flimsy. The plastic is cheap, poorly formed, and i don't expect the blades to last long.For the letter openers, the opening is too large and your envelope is just as likely to bind in the gap as it is to start slicing nicely. If you catch it just right, the razor is sharp, but I don't expect it to stay sharp very long.The box openers seemed like they would be nice, but aren't. They should latch open, but the latch is such a flimsy little nub of plastic that they basically have to be held open while cutting the tape on your box. I'm about ready to put my extra utility knife back in the drawer.Looking at the other reviews, I suspect many of the other reviewers have never used a letter opener like this before. These are way better than a pair of scissors or your finger, but definitely junk compared to better dedicated letter openers.

The letter openers are great, I’m keeping them in various places around the house and in my car. They’re also very useful for cutting wrapping paper very smoothly and without the hassle of using scissors. The cloud shaped razors are also great and very sharp, but they’re a little bit annoying because they retract back into the off position really easily and don’t want to stay open, which is annoying while trying to cut boxes. Otherwise they are very handy tools to have around.

This collection of letter openers and paper cutters comes in a reusable plastic box. The letter openers are good and safe enough to use. The paper cutters, on the other hand, have a small retractable blade that is easily opened into one's hand.

Gone are the days fighting with a pair of scissors and nearly cutting my wrists off to get a package open. These fun gadgets are sharp! I don’t necessarily love that the razor blades look like toys though. (My opinion as a parent). But I have used both the razor blades and letter opener several times since receiving them and in one swipe - it’s opened. I do appreciate the clear plastic box they come in as that’s an extra layer of protection from small hands or anyone rummaging through a desk. There is a slide and hold mechanism on the razor blade to get it to retract for usage but there is no safety measure in place for the letter opener. Over all, these are great and the amount you get for the cost is a great value. Highly recommend!

I am really impressed with these cutters! Both the letter openers and the box cutters are extremely sharp (keep away from kids!) and open boxes and envelopes with ease. The box cutters are very compact and would be easy to stash in your car or with your camping gear. They are all comfortable to use and I really liked the fact that they came in a nice plastic case that I can use to store the extras until I need them.The only potential downside is that you can't replace the blades in the box cutters but at this price, that's a very minor complaint.
