I appreciate the stainless steel - I'm not a fan of aluminum pans or non-stick coating. I tried this out making a veggie lasagna in it, and it actually did a nice job. There was some leakage of the vegetable juices, but the silicone pan underneath actually did an excellent job containing it.There was some stuck-on food on the springform sides, but soaking it in warm water for a few minutes was sufficient to soften in and wipe it off. The stainless steel finish on this is pretty nice. I'm impressed with this pan.

I love cheesecake. So, I did the jedi mind trick on my wife by getting this to have her make one. It worked! This makes a perfect cheesecake. She said it was super easy to use and loved the additional silicone bottom. The last pan we had would tear up the sides of the cheesecake but this one made it come out perfect. I am in charge of cleanup and this pan was easy to clean. It is ready for the next cheesecake! Great pan and would recommend for all.

The silicone is a bit wider than 9” but the pan is perfect! I understand why the silicone thing is included but it’s not really necessary. The parchment paper is a nice touch but also not required to bake a great cheesecake

Nicely packed and good quality springform pan. It even comes with parchment paper and pan protector. I make cheese cakes and can only find the large springform pan. This one is perfect for 2-3 people verses the party size. Would recommend further price. I plan on baking with it after my new kitchen is renovated.

The springform cake pan came quickly and was well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to protect against damage during transit. The set contains the cake pan and its removable bottom, a silicone sleeve, and some parchment paper circles.The pan itself is in two pieces: the spring-form walls and a bottom. There is a groove in the walls to accommodate the bottom and once the spring is snapped shut, the bottom is held securely in the pan. You can then use the parchment paper to line the bottom before baking so that the cake doesn't stick to the bottom. You can use the silicone sleeve around the pan to make sure there are no leaks between the bottom and walls. Once the cake is baked, you can pop open the spring closure of the walls to easily separate it from the bottom and then slide the cake off the bottom onto a dish for cutting and serving. The bottom comes with a dimpled surface that makes it less likely to stick to food and also makes the pan look good.The silicone sleeve is food-grade and can stand baking temperatures, so you can use it inside your convection oven. There is a small gap between the sleeve and the pan. The pan can also be used inside pressure cookers and air fryers depending on your recipe. Cleanup is easy since all the parts are dishwasher safe.

This stainless pan is replacing my metal non-stick pan. I had to be so careful with washing, so it wouldn't rust. No worries now. Stainless is healthier, too.Making cheesecakes, I'd have to tightly wrap the bottom of my pan with foil. No need now. Using this silicone base pan saves that step and it's a easy clean up.The latch is easy to use, staying together. My old pans would come totally apart and I'd struggle to get them back together while trying to get the base into the rim. This base, just lay it flat on the counter and the sides click right in place. So easy!I make more than one cheesecake at a time, so having more than one of these would come in handy.

This springform pan was made with thick and high quality stainless steel. It is durable and easy to use. The silicone sleeve is very helpful. It save me a big time when the cake mix leak.

I love cheesecake and we needed to update our baking pan. I saw this kit and tried it out - here's what we like: - Overall, the pan was easy to use, didn't leak and comes with a silicone base pan for added protection, cooking and more... - The silicone base pan took at least 6 minutes off our baking time for cheesecake. - The silicone pan also makes a great cover once the dish has been cooked. - The springform is easy to use and completely releases the rim for easy removal after baking. - The edge of the base is slightly raised allowing the springform to more easily capture it when locking in the base. - The springform has a nice finish that hasn't discolored with use. - Some precut parchment paper is provided should you want to slide your dish onto a serving platter. - Everything is dishwasher safe. Some comments... - Monitor closely the first couple times during baking - the silicone decreases bake time. - We are going to experiment a bit to see if recipes can bake at slightly lower temps.Overall, this is a nice kit.
