Steps To Lock Pan

Step 1: place the bottom of the cheesecake pan on the table with the bottom lip facing up.

Step 2: make the sides of the cake pan around the bottom.

Step 3: pull the latch to be closed.

Step 4: grease the spring pan or line the bottom with parchment paper, then add your desired ingredients, then cook it.

How to Release Bottom --- Pull the latch all back and the bottom will be released.
