Production rocess
The 8L copper essential oil distiller is expertly crafted from high-quality copper and stainless steel using laser cutting and CNC machining for precision. The parts are press-formed, manually assembled, and TIG welded for durability. It is polished and passivated for a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish, then thoroughly inspected and pressure-tested before final assembly and packaging, ensuring a high-performance, reliable distiller.
Large capacity
The total capacity of the pot body and lid can reach 8L, and materials can also be placed in the copper column to meet the needs of home distillation.The 8L capacity is perfect for small to medium batch production, making it ideal for personal use, hobbyists, or small businesses.
Copper Column
The copper hollow column is equipped with a movable copper plate. In addition, the top of the column is equipped with a quick-release lid, which makes it very convenient to place materials in the column. In this way, distillation can be achieved across water without the materials coming into contact with water.
Tube condenser
The copper condenser is integrated with the column. Five copper straight tubes are placed in the condenser as heat exchange tubes, which has high heat exchange efficiency. The water pipe joints are made of special copper. When distilling, you only need to plug in the water inlet and outlet pipes.
Working principle
It works on the principle of steam distillation, where water is heated to generate steam. This steam passes through the botanical material contained in the boiling flask or still pot, causing the essential oils and other volatile compounds to vaporize. The vapor then travels through a cooling system, such as a condenser, where it condenses back into liquid form. As a result, the essential oil separates from the water and collects in a receiving vessel.
Easy installation
All accessories are connected using the international quick-release interface, connected via tri-clamp and sealing ring, making installation, disassembly and cleaning very convenient.
