These things are really great, but i couldn't get them to work right. I think it was because of the solidness of what i had below it was not hard enough and my hammer was not heavy enough. The reason i gave it only for stars is because there's no instructions or tips on how to do it properly. Again. User error not an issue with the stamps. They do leave a beautiful mark if something sturdy is below them and you use a heaver hammer. Ni used a dead blow hammer, which IS the type of hammer you need for things that might cause recoil like leather stamp. So remember those two things. Hard surface, heavy dead-blow hammer.
