Works with both my GW camera (of course) and my Amcrest doorbell. Set to record 24/7 but still note events and person detection in the stream. With those two cameras each recording two different res streams, I get 75 days on a 4T drive. I also pass the video streams from this to my Home Assistant home automation system so I can show the cameras in our HA mobile app.One star removed because when trying to play back the Amcrest doorbell video from a desktop browser, the NVR spontaneously reboots. Works fine from the Android app. Their support worked with me on it for a bit and confirmed the problem and said it would be resolved in a future firmware release. That was a year ago - no updates that I've seen. The GW camera playback doesn't cause the problem so it's some sort of vendor incompatibility issue from the looks of it.

Takes some setup if using non branded cameras and external PoE switch but can be done. Setup needs to be done at the box to make ot easier.

Units been solid so far, easy enough to setup but its not my first NVR. Running one 10tb dive for about a month of storage for my system. Don't like you cannot alter the system time/date location or even turn it off. Not using the built in POE ports since I have an external POE switch, makes for more configuration but thats fine.Ended up replacing the stock fan with a small blower for a 3d printer. Made a plate that attached to the second HD location to hold the fan. Much cooler and quiet but did also drop the voltage to the fan.
