The 70oz Thermal Coffee Carafe is an excellent choice for anyone looking to keep their coffee hot (or cold) for extended periods. It’s easy to clean, holds 12 cups with no problem, and I was impressed that my coffee was still hot even after 12 hours. This carafe has also helped me save a lot of money by making coffee at home instead of relying on K-Cups. The only minor downside is its large size, but that’s expected given its capacity. If you need a reliable, high-quality thermal carafe, this one is a great investment!

I got this carafe to use at camp for hot coffee. It is excellent for that purpose. We only need coffee to be hot for about 3 hours and this carafe does so. In fact, after 23 hours it’s still warm, although you may not want 23 hour old coffee, even if warm.It’s easy to pour by depressing the lever with your thumb. The “lid” is about 3” thick and at the bottom of it is a covered opening. Depressing the lever pushes down on the cover allowing liquid to flow into the lid and out the spout. After releasing the lever, the opening is once again covered, but there’s still some coffee within the lid that’s past the cover. So, you get a small stream of liquid for a second or so after releasing the lever. Not a problem. Once the liquid that was within the lid is out, it does not dribble or leak, even when turned upside down.The handle is comfortable enough. I think the handle could benefit from some texturing or finger grooves to improve grip, or even be a bit thicker, but what they have is not bad. Three pads on the bottom to prevent slipping are very small. They work, but I wonder about longevity. A larger more robust pad would have been better.I’d buy it again.

Great size for a family of four who all wake up at different times and ALL WANT THEIR MORNING COFFEE! Stays hot for HOURS! Love the wooden handle....so classy looking. I haven't used it yet for cold beverages but I can assume it will work as well as it does for hot beverages. Definitely worth the price!

I decided to test this carafe to see if it actually kept liquid hot for 24 hours, which is longer than I need anything hot for. I used the hottest tap water which tested at 110* when I put the lid on. 27 hours later I opened it up and the temperature was 100*. That’s pretty good! So if I put some piping hot coffee in this for dessert after dinner it will still be hot when that dessert is served, excellent! The handle and lid are sort of a swirly wood pattern, really nice looking. The whole carafe looks great, but the best is that it does what it says. It comes with a spongy cleaning wand and at this writing there is a discount coupon making it an even better value.*As an Amazon Vine member I select the products I review myself.
