OMG! I love this craft. It keeps hot liquid hot and cold liquid cold. The brush that came with it, was flimsy and broke. Easy to wash with hot water, soap then rinse. TIPS: 1) put 1 cup of ice and water, swirl it around (NOT SHAKE) and then rinse well. 2) put 3 drops of soap, wash cloth, hot water, swirl or shake, then rinse well. 3) allow lid to sit in soap and water, rinse, then shake off excess water from the hole to prevent any nasty build up. Be sure to wipe dry to prevent water marks AND be careful not to bang around (it will get dented). Everything comes out super clean.

This pot doesn’t keep coffee hot at all. It’s also hard to pour the coffee into this carafe because of the small opening in the top. I was very disappointed in it & I'm looking for a replacement now.

Doesn't keep the water hot for more than 6 hours and pours super slow. The handle keeps coming off and we have spill the water all over.

The only thing I didn't like about it, was the pouring spout..I had to unscrew the top to where it was barely on to get a good flow..It took too long to pour without holding onto the top. (Maybe it was just me..not knowing how to use it. I had hot cider in the container, and didn't want anyone to get burned..so I took my time pouring it.) It stayed hot for the time I needed it to. ..which was only a few hours. I haven't really tested it too much, but really love that it is easy to clean and came with it's own cleaning tool.
