This right here. I kid you not. Is the ultimate upgrade for any 3s BLX Arrma. I cant begin to tell you how many countless stock aluminum input/output shafts ive gone through before i found this gem. Being able to adjust the slipper clutch externally without having to the whole assembly out is a huge advantage! Plus not to mention having to deal with those small internal flat bearings or snapping the internal adjustment screw because out of the box Arrma uses wayyyy too much thread lock on a screw thats meant to be adjustable.If you own a 3s BLX and have yet to order one of these then stop reading this now and order.You can thank me later.

I run my Typhon 3S BLX on a pretty rowdy Castle setup and finally destroyed the slipper clutch entirely. This was a perfect drop in upgrade and replacement. Machining is perfect and it meshes nicely with my steel pinion. It is noisy but that is just the nature of running straight cut steel gears.Holding up great so far, very happy with it.

Terribly quality the splines were way off so no driveshaft fits on it.

At first it was grinding my stock motor mount. I tried to make it fit by using a dremel to my motor mount. That only worked for about two runs. After that it started slipping and even tightened it started again. Don’t bother. You’re better off buying a metal gear and making stock fit.

Absolutely fantastic. I love the metal spur gear it comes with and it fits perfectly to the pinion gears. You need to just add a little gear grease and you can swap this out pretty easily. 10/10 very happy with this product and highly recommend.
