Bought in jan of this year. Still working well for everyday use. Im using all inlets as well. Bathroom sink, toilet and shower going to it. Pump sounds strong. Stronger than others I tried on amazon. Even at a year its worth it. But if I can get 2 years or more its definitely well worth the price. Will update when/if it stops working

Works great and easy to install. Not sure the normal noise of other pumps, but this is average. Definitely can hear it but not so loud you can't hear yourself think.

I installed this about 2 months ago in my house I noticed a couple weeks ago that it was struggling and it would just run the grinder non-stop for about 15-20 minutes I would have to flush the toilet to get it to pump it's been doing that almost every night and now it will not pump at all huge waste of money and a disgusting mess I went through the whole system and no clogs just a failed extracting pump after 2 months

I had a Saniflo Grinder pump and toilet installed about 5 years ago. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE with it. The toilet flushed just fine, but the pump was a nightmare. When I started looking for a SaniFlo replacement pump unit, it was over $900.00 I decided to give the the ExtraUp Macerator Pump a try at $600 less. Super easy to install by myself and so far, zero issues with the pump. It will just grind the crap out of everything that goes in it..... pun clearly intended. Plus, it is about 40% quieter than the SaniFlo Macerator pump. If it goes out in 4 years, I will buy another one just like it. Recommended strongly if you are installing a new grinder upflow toilet or replaciing the grinder pump unit on an existiing toilet.

This pump mates to Signature toilet I also got from Amazon. Best invention since sliced bread when you need to pinch a loaf..haha! I installed it a year ago, and it gets regular daily use from a cottage 150 ft from septic tank. Pumps that long distance via a 1 in pvc horizontal run and no issues so far. Did not add extra check valve or anything and tried to make more round bends with 1/8 fittings instead of ells. It gurgles a bit for a minute after it shuts off as water siphons that long distance but not a problem. Not too loud either. Highly recommend!5/10/2022 The float valve was sticking and pump was running more than the usual 4 seconds. Simply disconnected the unit from the toilet after 1) shutting off water 2) flushing last time 3) bailing out some bowl water. It was fairly easy to pop the top off since there you just have to pry tangs slightly above catch on the ends. The gasket on top makes a pretty tight fit so you have to gently tug the top and valve assy comes out with it. See pictures. Note that a lot of grease and unmentionable does accumulate, and this is simply from the toilet in this picture and not a sink...product of high fat diet..haha Anyway there was no smell as it had been unused for a week and flushed a number of times, but still try not to spill. Then outside and a good going over with a toothbrush and garden house made it like new. Be sure to squirt forcefully up into the float assy so nothing jams the float later. Also removed the gasket and cleaned to assure good fit. You can see the pump sprays effluent all over the inside of the tank. Didn't see any rust, but I did not remove the float either to look up there so will check next time. Only chemical used in this toilet is Clorox toilet cleaner which is corrosive but no damage seen as everything seems to be stainless. Reassembled and workd like new. The outlet pipe which is only 1 inch on this one looked surprisingly clean although I did add a little low suds detergent ..very little..and poured a bucket of 185 degree water in after reassemble to degrease the line to septic. Been in full time use almost a year now and still looked like new...BUT obviously this unit is going to require annual maintenance. I hesitate to use any products to degrease the insdie, but it could be an option. If somebody wants to post a question about maintenance and then share a successsfully used product that would be great! Still highly recommend the unit....oh, and one last tip. When reconnecting the rubber sleeve between macerator and toilet be sure to thoroughly dry off the porcelain of the bowl outlet so that when you slip the sleeve on and start to work upward to pull it on completely the rubber sleeve will "grip" the dry porcelain and be your third hand. If it is wet you will spend an hour cussing and struggling to get it on there. And do not disconnect the sleeve from the macerator and take it off the toilet as I could only get it on macerator when it was out in the open. For what it is worth IMHO.10/22/2022 About 4 months after last removal and thorough cleaning the pump was again running long time due to stuck float valve. Mathew Rolls comment that he does the clean out quarterly sounds about right. I have been trying to soak it with hot water and use a biological enzyme to prevent accumulation along with soap etc but looks like there is no way to avoid the buildup and the needed maintenance unless maybe there is some powerful acid clog remover that would not harm the unit?? If there is such a thing will someone please post a question and then answer it on Amazon. Takes me about 1.5 hours to complete the job. And then a long hot shower...LOL. Jeff Goldblum's Jurassic Park question always remains: "You'll remember to wash your hands before you eat anything?" Haha Still love this pump..oh and PS REMEMBER that macerating blade is exposed on top when cleaning so WATCH IT! Or you'll be washing your hands in sewer water and bleeding all over the pretty white tank...like I just did! :)

i was Skeptical at first but after hooking up a Toilet, Kitchen Sink, and Bathroom sink This Works Flawlessly Yes a little Noisy But only for 5-6 Seconds using the Toilet and 3-5 sec using either sink , this allowed me to put a bath and kitchen where years ago would have been impossible , i used one inch PVC sch 40 for the output and Works Great Happy Wife !!ADDED 11/20/19 this is to show the inside withe the removable lid , so if it starts to malfunction and you have a kitchen sink also hooked up Simply un plug unit turn off water supply pry the tabs on side (carefully) as to not break them off lid and lift with a little effort to expose as in photo, use a wet/dry vacum suck out remaining water Wear Rubber gloves and get some paper towel and clean all gunk out , the float inside round tube is removable by 1 rubber stopper and washer , ( BE CAREFUL OF BLACK RUBBER TUBE it contains the float switch wiring that is non removable) once you have done all of this i used silicone plumbers grease around rubber lid gasket and pressed on until you hear tabs click , Good for another 5-6 months and working like new again.
