Worked great to set 6*6 posts in a pad that I was pouring. Make sure you understand that you'll need to dig or pound deeper for these if you're only pouring a 4" slab.

These brackets are well worth the money. They are very sturdy for sinking in concrete.

The black coating not only resists corrosion but it also looks way nicer than the galvanized one's sold at the big box stores. I stuck these in concrete and mounted some 6x6 for a porch overhang on my chicken coup.

These are similiar to the ones you can buy at the big box store but cheaper. They are basically the same thing and set into the concrete the same way. It has been holding my 6x6 timber frame pavillion without issue even through heavy winds. I see no bending of the anchors or rusting.
