I wanted low voltage lighting for my back & side yard that I could put in the ground and not have to mount on something. These lights cast a really pretty glow and light up my back yard perfectly for night time entertaining or just taking the dog out. They're inconspicuous in the daytime. I put some along the wall and some in the middle near the stepping stones. Also along my side walk way. Very pretty.

We needed a few smaller uplights for our backyard and have a good experience from a previous set of outdoor lights from ELEGLO. Once again we're very happy with their products. The lights are very solidly made, no plastic parts (!), and are super compact for the 6W power output. The finish is matte black, so these will blend in nicely in our garden.

The lights have a rubber gasket to make them watertight from rain and snow. They are completely waterproof, so you can install them in the pool. I think this seal is good and I do not see any problem from water penetration. I like the semi-circular shield at the top rim because it pushes the light in one direction so you can direct more of the light at the wall and then the light is not wasted.The box comes with ten 600 Lumen lights. They can be placed right in the ground. The wire connectors are easy to use, but you do need a controller box and wiring to connect them.I like the warm color (it is 3000K soft warm white), and the brightness is good, but it CANNOT be adjusted.Be sure to order the correct low voltage controller box. They are rated by voltage groups (in watts also). Sometimes these boxes are called "transformers" and they can control the dawn to dusk settings. (The transformer required should be 110V that converts to a 12V to 24V range).

I really like these landscape lights. I hired an electrician to install them since they would be outside in the elements and I wanted them properly grounded and attached to an outdoor transformer and not an extension cord. They beautifully illuminate the outdoor area around my pool. I plan to purchase more for other areas of the yard. When installed correctly, they are beautiful and. unlike solar lights, they do not rely on the solar panel being in direct sunlight to recharge. These are hard-wired so they come on when I want them to (they are set to a timer).

These install directly into the ground, rock or pretty much any landscape material. I'm installing these next to the house, so they shine upwards through the bushes. For 6 watts they are nice and bright. The wire connections make it really easy to tie into the wire. Great value and really easy to install. The wire has a heavy shielding on it and these are watertight.
