Good product for the price. Expected it to be a little better insulated but it does the job of keeping my coffee and tea hot for several hours. Works as it should, holds 4-5 good size cups of coffee/ tea. No leaks and looks as pictured. Very light weight.

Not sure if I can someone's return ,but it didn't keep hot coffee or water hot .It was messy to pourVery disappointed, since I couldn't use them (I bought 2)for Thanksgiving

Overall I guess it's fine. The lid is difficult to get off at first. Once you've figured that out and you pour something out, the lid has a tendency to leak. It seems to keep the coffee warm. Notice I said warm. It doesn't seem to keep the coffee hot for more than a half hour.
