This worked great in the beginning, but slowly, the pump was going out. Now, as of today, it takes about 10 to 20 pumps to get your coffee out. I bought this in June 2024, so is it not supposed to last at least a year?

The Airpot Coffee Dispenser is the best. I use it at our church every Sunday and for all occasions that we serve coffee or use it for hot water for tea drinkers. Easy to fill, Easy to clean, Easy to store when not using.I am proud to serve beverages in this Airpot. It looks good, does not take up a lot of room on the table or counter and the ease of pumping the drink is great. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 1.9 Liter Fesch Design Airpot Dispenser.I'm very happy with compact design that hold as much as my thermos vacuum dispensers in 2/3 the space.Heat retention is good as long as I preheat the dispenser per directions.Pump mechanism feels flimsy but time will tell if it stands up to weekly use as my thermos pump pots have done for years.One Flaw: If there is a way to remove the lid, I haven't found it. If not, whoever approved a design that does not allow you to remove the lid should be charged with malpractice :). That shortcoming makes if clumsy to clean the inside of the pot with the lid hanging over it and you can't tip the pot over to drain and dry after cleaning it.

This is my first airpot coffee dispenser I've bought and I really like it. I just got it yesterday and today I'm using it. I put hot tea in mine and it seems to keep my tea hot for a long time -- at least it's still VERY HOT after 5 plus hours. It's supposed to keep liquids hot for 12 plus hours but I don't think my tea will last long enough to gage that time. Instead of getting up every hour or so, I can use this in my home office without leaving for a few hours. Still have to leave to get fresh air and toilet breaks, but other than that this product keeps it quite hot & nice. I chose to get this one after reading some of the reviews and also because of the price. I don't need a 75 or 85 ounce airpot in my office and this one is sized just right for my needs. I recommend it for those who work from home, or to carry on trips, or living inside a small space like a dorm or tiny apartment. It does all says it will do and I hope it will continue to work like this. I'm very pleased with it.
