This type of cutoff wheel is one of my most used tips for my rotary tool... it seems I'm constantly finding odd jobs they're perfect for.I tend to wear them out often so I'm always looking for a combination of durability and low price, and these fit the bill. They hold up just as well as the name brand version and are much more affordable. They fit a standard 1/8' mandrel perfectly and replacing one is quick and easy.In short, they work well and are practically a steal at this price point -- definitely worth stocking up on.

The 4 mandrels are a welcome plus. They do require the smaller collar insert to grip the mandrel. The disc is slightly thicker and have about a 25% larger diameter compared to the Dremel Cut off No. 409 discs I have.As others have stated compared to the Dremel red discs they are less fragile and do not fracture as easily. The 60 discs should last a lot longer during use.Good Luck

The mandrel shafts are a smaller diameter than those I had , they would not tighten in my Dremel. Other than that everything seems to be good quality.

One of the biggest disappointments in getting my rotary tool was that it only came with six cutting disks and all of them broke when I was using it for my first project. I was skeptical that these would be better in terms of their durability but was ok if they were similar because I got 10x the qty my tool came with. To my pleasant surprise these are far more durable and efficient at cutting. I've not broken one yet!The only drawback is that the bit holders that came with it are too narrow a gauge to fit in my tool. The disks fit on to the stock bit that came with the tool, however, so this wasn't a problem.Recommended!

What a great value! I can now toss all of those fragile cutters that came with the original High Speed Rotary Tool.So not only do you get 60 cut-off wheels, but you get 4 Mandrels (and the Mandrels do tend to fail after significant use.)Hopefully everyone out there already knows how useful a High Speed Rotary tool is and has one! The first attachment sets had cut-off wheels that were a real hassle because it you looked at them sideways they would snap and it would take you 5 minutes to change out the wheel. These fiberglass wheels made such a huge difference! I have never had one of them snap on me, even cutting metal! Somehow the HSRT eventually ends up at every job site! I should just bring it at the start of a job because I know I will eventually need it, and often it is needed for the cutter!Anyway this is an incredible value!!

I love these reinforced blades for my dremel rotary tool. These cut through just about anything, I have used them on wood, plastic, and even metal. They are extremely easy to install on the tool, and with this many, you will likely not have to purchase more for a long while, if ever! I have been using the same reinforced blade for about a month and a half now and there have been no issues, and the quality of the blade is still great, I will likely not have to replace this blade any time soon. So with this many, I think I'll be set for life essentially! Great value for any toolset, regardless of how often you work on projects!

These discs come with a little plastic storage container that is decent. It stays latched when it’s closed and unless you drop it, I don’t think you have to worry about it popping open and losing your discs.The mandrels that you get with these cut-off wheels are too small and too light duty to be used with these discs. I had to get the smallest collet that I had for my rotary tool in order for the mandrel to be secured within the tool. I used two of the mandrels that came with the discs and they both failed right out of the gate. The screw that holds the discs to the mandrel busted in both of the mandrels right at the head of the screw leaving the rest of the broken off screw still inside the mandrel. So, unless I am able to extract the broken screws, I’ll have to throw these broken mandrels away. They didn’t even last 5 minutes and that’s between the two of them.I took another, larger mandrel from another rotary tool set I have and used that instead of the other two mandrels that came with this set. That mandrel worked perfectly and I have to say that the cut-off discs themselves held up reasonably well. I think that the discs in this set are decent quality but those small mandrels have to go. I was going to give this a three because of the mandrels but I am primarily concerned with the cut-off discs and I think they are pretty good.
