This part failed after 3 weeks. I am still in the time period eligible to return but this is my mother in laws vehicle. Fortunately, it failed in the position where it is on full heat. I hope to be able to get her Trailblazer back to put in another part before the warranty period has expired. This is a difficult install due to the location of the actuator so very disappointed in this product.

This worked. No more clicking sound and the defrost works. Keep in mind, it’s very difficult to install, but you can do it without taking apart the whole dash. Just need the right size tools and small hands help. YouTube to the rescue.
