You have to completely crush these things and shake them, for them to light up. They do what they're supposed to do. I get drunk, pull out the scissors and make a mess 🙄 (they gave me so many of them)Okay there Amazon guys?...... Tell me that joke! 😂🤬

Love that these came in a bulk supply. Fishing is great, even better at night when your restless and bored and it's a beautiful night. These can go right onto the bobber area of your pole or right at the bait ,hook area because the light actually attracts some types of fish. They work great with the right bait. And helps you see where your line is. Great value given the amount t you get.

The other review must not know how these work. These are just like all the other glow sticks, you break a glass vial and shake it up, these are so small I flick it and it mixes the liquids and glows all night. The glow fades, but after 8 to 10 hours it's still glowing enough to see clearly. I love how small they are and tape them to everything, so handy and none have leaked, seems great quality to me.

Used these night fishing. They would glow brightly for 15 or 20 minutes. Then they’d get so faint I could barely see them. Got to where I was using them 3 or 4 at a time, so I wouldn’t have to keep reeling my line in so much. I was even adding the new ones on top of the old ones that were still barely glowing. It’s a good thing I got 600 for $13. Cause at this rate, I’ll end up using them all quickly. I definitely won’t buy them again.

Broke a few indoors and they are still bright over 48hrs later. Can be seen moving clear as day in the night time

These are a nice size for fishing, if they had a hole to attach to the fishing line. I have not checked to see how long they stay lit. I will try heating the tip of a needle to put a hole in the end, but there is very little to work with and not hit the core.
