Perfect replacement for my much-more-expensive aluminum beater. The coating had worn away on my original, and I was wary that the aluminum was getting into my food. I tried another replacement model, but it didn't fit on my Kitchen Aid mixer. This one fits perfectly, and does a great job scraping the bowl clean. For nine bucks, it is a bargain. (I use it about three times a week to make bread.)

Beware make sure you check to make sure this item hooks up to your mixer as soon as you get it. Mine wouldn’t lock on my mixer. Big disappointment I was looking forward to getting one of these for a long time. It also took a long time to receive this item after I placed the order. Hopefully mine is the only defective one.

When I put it on the mixer it didn’t latch like a normal attachment would, I ignored this and I kept using it even with that issue but the thing is it got stuck and had to use multiple tools just to be able to remove it. Great idea, poorly done.

Sure it works after I took a dremel and carved out parts of it blocking the hole. Not made for what it says it's for, sounds like I blew a head gasket using it

I received this paddle and at first it would not fit. The hole on the beater was to small to mount to the shaft of my Kitchenaid mixer. Took a 1/2 drill bit and reamed out the hole in the beater just a tad bit and now the paddle fits my mixer just fine. This is not something I should have had to do but it took all of 5 seconds to make it fit.
