6 Inch Natural Green Bamboo Skewers, 200 PCS Bamboo Paddle Wood Cocktail Tooth Picks for Appetizers, Drinks, Fruit Kababs, Sausage, Barbecue Snacks, Mini Food Sticks Toothpicks Charcuterie Accessoriesthese are for food. but i am using them as little label flag-poles for labeling plant species. bamboo isnt really the best for this as it is not rot impermeable, but i think it will last till the next repot. i hot melt a laminated label onto the stick and ouila, diy plant label. perfect size for what i am doing. nice and rigid. straight, smooth. good quality. i am sure it will be fine for food items. although for that they are kind of on the short side for shish kabab. but as something to poke at vittles on a plate, these will be fine.

These skewers are not to be used for food, they have splinters. Be careful.

I bought this product to put fruit on it and give it to my guests. This product is sturdy and easy to use, but it smells a bit. I was worried because I was going to stick it directly into the fruit. So I soaked it in water for about an hour and used it, and it was fine.

I used these for a going away party. They were very sturdy and allowed some fanciness to my mini desserts and appetizers. They were completely smooth as well, which was a concern for me when purchasing that they might be splintered. There were a ton of them so I have a lot of spare for more parties.

Our son is seven, and he's super picky about food textures and foods being mixed together. But we've discovered that skewers can make textures (and even new foods!) much more fun.These skewers are apparently a yakitori length (I learned this from a helpful reviewer), which means they're neither big enough for grilling, nor small enough for tiny appetizers. But this size is perfect for kiddo meals, and adult happy hour plates.I do check all of the skewers for splinters or rough bits before use, as I do with all bamboo skewers--better safe than sorry. These were used to make fruit skewers for a pool party. The flat end of them is easy to hold onto while assembling skewers and easy to hold onto while eating. They would also work for rawvegetable skewers or small cooked meatballs. You might be able to cook on them if you soak them in water first, so they don’t burn. The best part is that these can be composted when you are done with them, so there is zero waste. We had no complaints about these, and the consistency was very good, so that they skewers all lined up neatly on a platter. Fun and useful!
