Tool is reasonably well crafted. Yes, there are tooling marks on the sides (see picture) but that doesn’t hurt the tool’s functionality. Finish coating is decent although it has a few bubbles in the finish. I wasn’t looking for a piece of art here, I wanted a functional tool for installing GM stretch belts. This one fits what I was looking for.

This is a knock-off of a Lisle product.... But it works just the same. This is for GM V8 trucks from approx 2015 and up. The long side is meant for the A/C compressor stretch belt and the short side is for the main serpentine belt on newer trucks that use two stretchy belts. This is by far the simplest and quickest tool option. You start your belt on the accessories and just barely place it over the harmonic balancer. You then place the tool with one half on the inside of the balancer and the other leg over the belt trapping it. You then simply spin the crankshaft over by hand until the belt stretches into place. If you're doing both belts be sure to start the A/C compressor first as it's on the back of the harmonic balancer. This is a very simple and effective tool, save your screwdrivers, prybars and your zip ties!
