I cut a lot with a grinder. I’ve been buying the cheap wheels trying to get something similar to the super thin .040 Walter wheel. These might not be as durable but they are thin!!! I believe they match the Walter wheel and the fact that they are actually .040( I didn’t actually measure) unlike so many that claim .040 but are thicker( you can see the difference and don’t need to measure) is a huge plus in my book. The fact that they are really cheap will lead me to buy again.EditJust finished off my last wheel. We’ll I dropped the grinder and it broke the wheel. So here I am placing another order.Edit. I was using 3 and 4 inch discs for a large project I am working on cutting out thick plates of steel, and the cutting and shaping metal was taking for ever. Found these and thought for the price, can't hurt to try them. Not only are they a great deal, but they cut extremely well and have literally cut my time spent with a cut off wheel in half. I have used about 6 discs so far and have only had one chip out on me, all the rest so far have remained perfectly round. If you're using smaller discs, do yourself a favor and add a 5inch cut off wheel to your box, and some of these.

Easley chunks break off when in use. Glove up and most definitely eye protection.
