I was surprised that it came with the mounting bolts for the concrete and for the wood posts. This is a perfect money saver for a do it yourself project. Would definitely buy more product from this brand. The instructions were not detailed by any way, but it was simple. I would make sure to have a very strong hammer drill in a very good concrete drillbit. Especially if you have old concrete.

The product usage instructions are not complete. Then, when used properly, product fails. The cement bolts provided are not strong enough and pull out of anchoring holes. The cement bolts are flimsy and low grade steel. The post brackets are again flimsy and are not to be use for professional jobs. I will stick with Simpson strong-tie in the future. I do not recommend this product.

Bracket is very sturdy and well built to hold a 4x4 wooden pole. Holes are pre-drill to mount on ground and also to hold wood in place.
