I tried one, and it got loose in a few weeks. It's an aluminum alloy which is apparently not strong enough. It was impossible to tighten because the threads were stripped. Tried the other one, and the same thing happened a few weeks later. I was taking my mountain bike off road, though. Maybe on a road bike it would be OK.
