These pans work great. They are the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Easy to remove cake when cooled. It doesn't stick. And it doesn't leak. Great value.

My daughter has been making cheesecake with great success, almost nonstop since these pans arrived. I absolutely love the smaller sizes and how deep they are. There are lots of possibilities with these including a tiered cake.
