They are not marked which color they are so you have to power them up to check. They are a snap in fit and there is no keying to limit rotation. My steel panel was too thin (.040") for the retaining fingers to hold it in place so I needed to add a little glue.I am using them at 12VDC and 50VDC.

A decent board ruined by the case! The smoked gray case makes the Voltage readout blurry, and the textured finish causes glare in the sun. It is in no way waterproof! The back cover snaps on with large holes in the side and the electronic components are exposed to the elements. Not a good meter for a boat!
