Bag, grip, and gloves are good, the jump rope is basic and the reflex ball is not good. Also, the punching bag will need sand,not included for shipping reasons I reckon.

Need a fun at-home work out? This may be it! It is a great way to burn some energy and have a fun work out. The punching bag will need filled with either sand or sawdust so you need to be aware of that. I will share that I contacted a pallet company in my town and asked them if they could spare some sawdust, and they happily agreed, so I would encourage you to do the same and check with businesses in your town before buying something to fill it. The other accessories are nice and help to tone and build muscle.

Great quality bag and hardware. The mounting point only comes with anchors for concrete which I find kinda surprising so if you are mounting to a wood beam or drilling into steel you will need to get your own screws or bolts. The hanging point swivels freely which is nice. The bag has a flap at the top that will fold over the contents you use inside. The included gloves are comfortable to wear and have good padding and you can also use the hand wrapping as well. This kit comes with a few extras like a forearm exerciser which has adjustable tension, a jump rope that is an average quality, and a reflex ball. These are just average to cheap extras in my opinion but someone might appreciate them. The card provides some examples of what to use for contents inside the bag. I am pretty happy with the overall quality of the items that matter with this product.
