I've used Stenner pumps for several years.However, of the 5 I've purchased on Amazon, only 1 has been not broken upon receipt and is still in operation - the rest were exchanged or simply returned...The pump itself is easy to install and adjust and typical performs very well - just be aware of what your pumping and check with chemical compatibility with the tubing (Stenner website has a chart).
