I am so upset. This object is very cheap. It looks better on the picture! It was very difficult to put together. I finally got it together after 4 hours. If it was not so much of a hassle, I would send it back!!!

The fireplace/TV stand is AMAZING!!! A great deal for the price! The item included a $79 shipping charge -- which is to be expected for an item this heavy, but we were very happy with the deivery service (Fed Ex usually makes me cringe, but the box came undamaged). It even arrived 6 days earlier than promised! The console with fireplace is beautiful. It took a little under 2 hours to assemble, but we went slow as to make sure we had the parts in the right place. All the parts were there, all the pieces were intact and undamaged. All the holes lined up, all the screws and dowels went in easily. We did make a slight adjustment to the doors after they were on so they sat straight (just a quick re-adjustment of the screws on the rollers, nothing big). The heat this gives out is HOT. You can also run the "Fire" without heat, nice touch. The back of the unit has extra space behind the firebox, so we were able to hide a power strip there without it touching the firebox. The height is perfect for our 70" Tv to be at eye level (anything shorter would have been too low). Even with the price of shipping, it's far more than we would expect to pay. MUCH nicer than any piece of Sauder furniture we have ever owned. Highly recommend this product!!

First off, let me start by saying the person who left the review saying it was hard to put together and took three hours, that is not true. I put this together by myself and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. And the instructions were easy to read. The only thing I can say is it had a small chip on the top piece but it’s not noticeable. Instructions were spot on and I love it. Very big, if it’s my 65 inch perfectly !

This is pretty good for the price but two pieces were marked incorrectly #3 and #4 sides were reversed and no clear directions on the middle piece surrounding fireplace where the pre drilled holes should be across the top piece … and then the holes in the black surrounding pieces around the fireplace do not line up with metal pieces attached to the fireplace …but overall pretty sturdy … in addition one piece across the top and above the black surrounding pieces where I had to attach the rod for the sliding doors, was cracked … I was a little concerned also a lot of chipping of paint when trying to screw in the metal pegs …

I love this!!! It was totally worth the buy. Very sturdy, easy to build & understand the instructions. Functions very simple. Product did come in two separate packages as stated so don’t be worried ! Great size ! Remote for fire place is super handy !

It’s beautiful but the predrilled holes on the two side pieces were backwards. It still came together nicely but that made things a little difficult. We couldn’t lock those spots in correctly but we made it work. It turned out very nice but for the price I would have hoped all the predrilled holes would have been correct. It took a couple hours to put it together. Of course some of that time was us wondering if we had done something wrong and taking pieces apart we’d already done to check our work due to the holes. Other than that it was fairly easy to assemble. I took two stars away for the predrilled holes. Those were pretty important.
