Today’s the first time I many years that I have been able to secure more than 3 berries at once. I have used every means possible to deter the birds from my blueberries.I put the cover on the shrub when the berries were quite green, a bit skeptical that the berries would ripen through the mesh as it seemed very sturdy and a bit opaque. But, lo and behold, they are ripening nicely and the birds have no access to them. Yeah !I am really thrilled. I will be buying more covers, as I plan to get more blueberry plants.

So far, so good. There's no way the birds can get to the blueberries. I don't think any insects could get in as the mesh is very tight, unless they come from the soil, so if you need bees to pollinate, hold off installing. It went on easily enough, especially with the bidirectional zipper. The only thing I wish is that it was green instead of white as it doesn't exactly blend in with the other shrubs when covered. However, I'll take the cover off when the crop is finished. I used the medium size cover (set of 3) for one blueberry bush. I might even try a tomato plant as the small one could work to keep squirrels from eating the fruit. The large bag would probably cover a few tomato plants. Fortunately, I don't have deer so I can't comment on how these covers would work for them.

Had high hopes for the plum and apple tree. Did not even slow down the Squirrels, went right thru the mesh to get to the fruit. Did stop the birds. The other thing, the picture shows see thru, it is white and not see thru.
