The description and picture are not correct. This hose is for the Versaflo unit not the Adflo unit as stated. The nozzle for connecting the hose to the Adflo PAPR unit is like the one pictured but the the one I received had a longer nozzle that would not connect to the Adflo PAPR unit. I was able to cut it off with a hacksaw and make it work as I needed to use it ASAP. I called Amazon and told them on January 11, 2016 that the picture and description were wrong and they assured me it would be corrected. That was 3 weeks ago and it has not been changed. BUYER BEWARE!!!
