This little guy works really well and is super easy to use. Charge it with the included usb charging cable. Instructions are included. There is an on/off switch on the side. There are two buttons on the top. The larger button is the "sealing" button and the smaller one is the "cutting" button. This is great for snacks (I've used it for chip bags) and things that you don't want to transfer to a ziploc type bag. The seal is very thin, so I don't think I'd use it for things that you want to put in the freezer. I love that it has a big magnet on the bottom so you can just attach it to the fridge.

It took me a while to get the hang of mine. If the plastic is fairly thin (similar to a shopping bag), and you move too slowly, you will wind up with both a seal and a cut: the cut right under the seal, running parallel to it. However, on thicker plastic, such as the packet that a hand warmer comes inside, it's easy to make the plastic seal well. With the thinner stuff, it's possible to get the seal without a cut if you remember to move faster across the opening while holding down the large, yellow button. I appreciate the magnetic base, so I can easily find it on the fridge when I want to seal up snacks. He crawls down my fridge a bit due to weight, but fortunately, he finds a sweet spot and stays put, so he never does reach the ground. It's a very easy to use and efficient device!
