These Koldan 360° Adjustable Fishing Rod Holder for Ground & Bank Fishing - are really sturdy and well made.The anchor prongs will penetrate the hardest ground and are long enough to give a solid hold in sand.The holder can rotate 360* and has an adjustable stop for angle.Can't wait for the weather to warm up a bit!

This pair of Koldan bank fishing rod holders is a really good value for the price. The stakes are thick and solid and sharp enough to go through most types of soil. The locking mechanism that attaches the holder to the stake clamps tightly to ensure that they stay together after a strike. I do wish that the tray the rod sits on was metal instead of plastic, but it does seem sturdy and there is a grippy part that keeps friction on the rod to prevent a fish from pulling it into the water. Again, these are well worth the price if you bank fish often.

The holders are actually sturdier than I thought. I will be able to use these with a big rod and reel combo as well as my bass fishing rods.

Very good rod holders; much better than the ones that are just like a coiled spring and then a straightened portion to jam in the ground. I find those types are often harder to set into ground that is dry or gravelly.These however have sharpened feet and since there are two feet they are more stable. The have rubber caps to put over the sharp points when not in use. You tighten the rod holder itself with a knob and can adjust the angle that it rests with a screw. Can’t so that easily with those coil type ones.All easy. It all comes apart as well for easier transport.
