I hate to leave bad reviews, and its possible that I missed something in the description, but the title says that these are stainless steel - they are not. I bought these with the intent to weld them to my exhaust, but when I scuffed them for prep, I revealed the copper plating underneath that allowed the chrome plating to stick.!!They are mild steel, and will not weld properly!!

Great quality and fit. The finish is great. The locking nut is all metal ,works great and has a great shank thickness.

They seem to be very good made but the clamp nut is like a one time use once you tighten it and you try to take the nut back off the nut usually pulls the threads off of the bolt and I think it’s just a failure being a cheap nut I went through 3 clamps already bc of this happening

Good deal for a mild steel v band, looked good out of the box but after welding and cleaning up the nice shiny coating goes away which isn't a major concern. Fit like a glove over 3" OD pipe, got a slight angle out of it to align my exhaust where I wanted it before tacking, couldn't be happier at this point
