It is such a pain constantly cleaning the charging port on phones. This works great keeping the port clear the few times I need to use the port.

I thought I would need more of a nub on the top to get these out, but they are easy to grab and pull out of the ports when you need to remove them. I bought several brands and these silicone ones are the best.

These silicone covers do indeed protect the various outlets from dust. However, they’re not very secure and could fall out easily. What’s more important, they could easily be removed by a child and swallowed. I guess, depending on your home situation maybe these are fine, but I’m returning them.
