I needed this kit for a Volvo SI-6 belt drive pulley decoupler job. It uses the T55 with the multi spline counter hold. The tools all look to be of nice quality and the one I needed to use worked properly. The price was right and I expect to have the kit for a long time, owing to the intermittent light use the tools will get over the years. I’ll add it to my arsenal of “just in case” tools.

I've been caught getting knee deep into a job and forgetting to get a removal and install tool set. I already have a pulley kit but it is made for US vehicles and is SAE. This set is all metric and definitely works with the German cars but I also suspect it works with the Asian brands too. I like how this comes with and method to install the pulley too (a lot of kits a just the remover portion).

At this point, I know I won’t use all the tools in this kit. I primarily work with Bosch alternators on Volvos with the overrun pulley.I use the 12pt socket, the torx key and the Allan key.Everything works as it should. None of the tools have broken or tweaked so far. Couple show a little wear, but that’s. About. It.The blow bold case is about the only place I have any complaints on. Mine was mismolded a bit as one of the keys in the lid doesn’t hold well. It’s out of its spot nearly every time I open the case.Aside from that, it’s a nice kit to have if you ever plan on working on multiple makes & models.

I bought this tool from Amazon and used it to replace the alternator over-run clutch pulley, this job would have been impossible to do without this tool. The tool came in a neat box and all the fittings were really well made excellent quality and a lot of different combinations short/long this was really handy on my XC90 Volvo because clearance was very limited. The pulley was very rusty and was the original (17 years old) this tool removed it first time without any trouble, job done really happy.
