Recently used it to make a large batch of kombucha and I appreciate not having to use multiple smaller tea strainers. Was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it is, how tightly it locks into place, and how easy it is to fish out of the kettle. Definitely going to buy more to test out infusing various herbs.
