After charging the printer, I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. The app is intuitive to use, and printing quality as well as speed exceeded my expectations. My first print was a 13 page datasheet and it came out flawlessly in just a few minutes.The carry case is one of the nicest designs I've seen included with an electronic device. It securely straps the printer in place without the slightest wobble and its other compartments are likewise suitably portioned for storing paper and cables.Another reviewer deducted stars due to this Thermal printer being limited to use with Thermal paper. I would ignore that review for obvious reasons.5 stars across the board for an incredibly compact Thermal printer that travels easily. Would absolutely order again.

Let's face it, thermal printers are not designed to produce presentation-quality printouts. They're designed for portability and being able to produce a hardcopy document in situations where you don't have access to a laserjet or inkjet printer. This printer fits the bill perfectly and it does a great job at what it's designed for. The printout is sharp and clear. The ability to print from a mobile device or computer is awesome. I can easily see it being used in many various cases.

I think this printer is pretty great.It prints fast even when printing a full picture. I love that the app shows you exactly what it will look like before printing, especially if the picture was color.It comes in a hard case and includes the printer, two types of power cords (USB and C), two extra rolls of paper, and instructions.
