I had to expand the tweeter openings a bit to accommodate these slightly larger tweeters, but other than that, they were a good replacement. The old ones were over 40 yrs old, 2 1/2" evidently, and the foam suspension supoorting the paper cones had crumbled to dust. The old slip connections were a little loose on the smaller terminals of the new tweeters and a bit oxidized after over 40 yrs, so I just soldered them in place. The new ones seem to work OK.
