How to Safely Acclimate Shrimp & Fish
Proper acclimation is essential for maintaining the health of your shrimp and fish. If a drip acclimation kit is unavailable, the following steps may be used.
1. Float the bag in the tank for 15 minutes. Ensure not to exceed this time for breathable fish bags.
2. Transfer the shrimp/fish to a small container, ensuring to remove any deceased ones.
3. Add 4 ounces of your aquarium water to the container. Repeat this process 2-3 times every 10 minutes.
4. Discard half of the water from the container and repeat step #3.
5. Carefully use a net to transfer the shrimp/fish to the aquarium.

Recibí mi producto hace 4 horas después en la puerta de mi casa, no estaba presente porque estaba trabajando, llegando a casa fui de inmediato para abrir la caja y descubrí una escena muy horrible, la bolsa vino bien junto con poliéstireno para evitar golpes (está bien seguro) pero al retirar la bolsa de aluminio ví una escena muy lamentable, tres de mis peces panda coridora estaban fallecidos, y solo dos albinos estaban aún nadando, el otro albino no vino en la bolsa pero se que paso ,creo que uno de esos peces se comieron entre si para al menos poder alimentarse o eso es lo que ví en la bolsa , la verdad me siento mal por haber visto está escena...

Arrived quickly and all fish were alive and ready to get out of the bag. They were packaged very well. I was concerned with live fish being delivered to Alaska but the box was packed very well with insulation tightly around the fish. Couldn’t be happier.

These Corys' came well packed and healthy. There was only one d.o.a. My Beta gets along with them in a 5 gal. aged tank. It is important to gradually add them both to the temp. and water change. I did this by emptying half of the travel water out of sacks, retying bags before setting them in my tank to heat up, then doing it again. They were definitely in colder travel water than my 77 degree tank. The final stage is to add some of my tank water to sacks after there is less than a 1/2 cup of travel water left. Each stage is at least 10 minutes. This ordering over the internet can be easier than traveling to the suppliers if the distributer guarantees live delivery. Its up to buyer to keep them alive. I also prefer to use the flake food for the first week to assure they are getting enough. It also sticks to the tank plants etc. so they get to seek out their food, My betta does not eat the flake food. Iwill not hesitate to buy from this distributer again.

While the rest of the coradoras are doing fine and are still alive as of this review, the packaging is not as great. as the packaging had no styrofoam walls surrounding the bag to protect any punctures, and using instead a single layer of wrapping.As for the fish itself, all of them but one have arrived live, but that's something to be expected.The packaging was the only thing that I was concerned about.My suggestion is to place foam walls surrounding the box to ensure the bags don't get stabbed by outside objects. And speaking of the bags, one of the bags were leaking, and the water got into the box and made it soggy on one side.So while the fish are in great condition (besides the one dead panda corydora), the packaging might need some adjustments. But either way, a good purchase nevertheless.

Cute active baby corydoras!There was some loss due to being in the mail system however swimming creatures customer service can't be beat. They have quick responses and very easy to work with.I believe they are reputable and genuine and I highly recommend them!Keep in mind dealing with live animals being shipped, losses can be expected. This company, in my experience is very personable and works to make things right if they do go wrong.
