These are fine. The price is right, and while not precision round, they were very close. I turned them in a lathe anyways, so concentricity wasn't an issue. They machined nicely, just like acetal does. Would buy again.

I thought1.5” would be accurate. They are 1.57” and will not fit my holes - not to machine them down to fit.

This product machined well, it was advertised as being 1.50 inches outside diameter however it actually measured 1.672 inches which is almost 3/16 inch oversize. So machining a total of 6ft.in length down to 1.50 inch is very time consuming. We felt that charging our customer for the extra time to machine this to proper diameter would be inappropriate. So the shop took the loss of almost 1 hour labor time.😬 we take care of our customers even when we get Screwed.

This comes in a raw material form. Don’t let the outside shape for you. Once you cut into this material, it is just as smooth as can be.If you’re looking for good plastic try this one.
