I am new to loose leaf tea, so didn’t want to go crazy and spend a fortune at first. Now I don’t feel the need to spend a fortune. This was a package of 3. I was worried when I had quite a bit of the leaves leak out, but then realized there’s a little spike you want to be sure is seated into a hole near the lever before depressing the lever and locking it in place.

This is really nice quality and very functional. I like the cap which covers the majority of the cup while the tea is steaping. Only the smallest of tea "dust" in the bottom of my cup, and easy as can be to rinse out. I think its been so much more economical using loose tea, and no micropalstics from bags to worry about. I love it , recommend it and will order another because the family is startingto share it regularly.

I am new to the tea world so when I found out, you have to steep these little bags I wasn’t really sitting well with the debris in my drinks. This solves that and it doubles as a way to mix your tea because you just move the ball around in the glass. Unexpected positive also ended up being that the chain is long enough that I can still use my tall glasses. There’s nothing not to like about these, I highly recommend them.

These looked like a good idea for a tea diffuser that would limit the amount of loose tea turned loose into the cup. The mesh screening is definitely fine enough to do that, HOWEVER, the design of the round 'frames' and hinge is very poor in that it leaves the two halves WIDELY gapped - far more so than the mesh of he screening. The round frames should have been made so that one 'nests' inside the other (like a pot lid on a pot) so that they contain the loose tea.They're inexpensive enough to not warrant returning them - they're headed straight for the waste bin. Will have to find a product that does the job better. One Star because Amazon won't let me leave zero stars.

It works, I like the clip on the chain to hang it on the cup. But the screen is too coarse and lets small pieces of tea out into the drink. And it does not seal together well so a few bigger chunks of tea can also escape. It is nothing to stop me from using it but, I wouldn't buy it again.
